The building is located on the border between the urban structure and the suburban park greenery. We respond to this with strong silhouettes for each of these sides. The site is located exactly on the borderline between two different types of urban structures: independent suburban solitaires and planned closed city blocks. We build on the urban structure by creating a completely different character for each of these sites. The dark exterior side of the plan with seemingly separate towers and the lighter interior side of the block. Yet they look like a unified whole, like two sides of the same coin. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our proposal is based on two opposing, strong characters. Each is distinctive and bold enough to create a strong identity in their own right. We seek a heterogeneous and dynamic development of the area, rather than a monotonous development that would lead to a homogeneous and bland environment. The buildings are designed with different heights and landmarks, the main mass creating a private courtyard. The two characters together enter into a dialogue: City vs. Park.
