In cooperation with the Dutch studio Benthem Crouwel Architects, we won the international architectural and urban planning competition announced by the investment group Penta Real Estate for the project Rezidence N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed \u017di\u017ekov. Out of 160 registered teams, 43 Czech and international competitors advanced to the competition for one of the largest development areas in the wider centre of Prague. Among them, the jury and the client selected our proposal based on maximizing public spaces in the form of a park and its definition by means of a diverse mass of residential block. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
