The goal is to increase passenger comfort and streamline airline operations. The new Terminal 2 will be a multifunctional building and will allow for the expansion of both the Schengen and non-Schengen areas. The first phase of the expansion is scheduled for 2033 and will be one of the largest investments in civil engineering projects in the Czech Republic.
